Quadriceps Stretches: Stretching in 60 Seconds is a series I will be continually updating, eventually having a whole playlist showing various ways to stretch the same muscle, this is a great way to keep stretching/flexibility training interesting.

    I go for the demons.

  • Excellent idea!

I like to kneel down about a foot from a wall, with my back towards it, then put the top of one foot on the wall behind me, and step forward into a lunge with my other foot. Then stretch my body upright and reach up with both arms towards the ceiling while leaning back towards the wall. Hits the hip flexor really well.

  • @kiteartist Yeah awesome for hip flexors
