foundation, but it's shut down, locked up, barbed-wired, it's really gay that the police did that... it was a great spot. it WAS right by Freedom Pkwy and North Ave

k like, if you're driving from downtown down North Avenue, you turn right on Glen Iris, and then left on Ralph McGill Boulevard and it's at the end of the road
