If it wasn't for the British looking & reasonable & civilised police officers and the style of the buildings in the street and the left hand side driving traffic along the street I could be excused for thinking that this was being filmed in a Middle Eastern city instead of thecalital city of the UK & largest city in Western Europe, LONDON, if all the passers by were any sort of guide. I am a blond blue eyed 100% Englishman yet twice in London I have been stopped and asked if I speak English!

all i got to say is he did nothing wrong intill they arrested him then when they took him to the floor then they provocked him to a public order act witch was wrong so what he wanted was hooker but asking for one is not against the law and this is missuse of pleace time and tax payers cash and if one more person says that controling some one like this to the ground is right u are more wrong than most because u are wanting to be controled with the fasist police when it happens to u then haha

@DAVID198910 He verbally abused/assaulted the officer who told him to go away after the taxi driver refused to take him to hooker just before I started filming. According to friend who owned the shop where he was arrested outside.

shouldnt take that long. lol that guy would of been sprayed and who knows what else would happen to him had he acted to cops here :)

I have so much respect for British Law Enforcement. This is the way to do law enforcement. Their 'S.W.A.T. team' is top notch too. They consistantly win in internationally competitions with law enforcement from countries around the world. They are a truly great example of law enforcement.

@RomanSidorov Of course those police officers were gentle - this was filmed in London, in the UK - and those police officers are BRITISH! Not only are they gentle, as you say, BUT they are also unarmed, not one of them carried a gun or any firearm. Truncheons/batons yes - carried in their trousers, and perhaps a CS spray canister, and handcuffs, but absolutely NO guns. As I say, this is LONDON, this is ENGLAND, this is the UK - not America, not the Continent or anywhere else....it's the UK!

"US police always coming to the UK to train" Never heard of such a thing, Cameron speaking to Bratton was a dumb political move that raised anger throughout the country. It had nothing to do with our police. It was just part of his political games.

Met Chiefs soon put Bratton in his place.

Police sometimes exchange with other countries all around the world for experience and observation.
