  • Support from Scotland!, great man, a modern day hero.

  • All the best Doug Christie. Cheers to your well being and health. You truly are a Canadian hero. :)

  • @coldfire7781 "a Jew who believes in freedom of speech"

there's the joke of the year. you do everything you can to prohibit individual freedoms. it's particularly obvious from what we saw of the Zundel's trial.

  • Any biography should include the life of both Western Block Party and Western Canada Concept.

  • Have you thought of writing a biography?

  • If governments decide what we can say based on fuzzy rules anyone can cry "hate speech" to muzzle opinions they don't like.

The known terrorist group, The Jewish Defence League, successfully pressured the government to ban George Galloway from Canada. Galloway, not an anti-semite, is against all war and the illegal siege by Israel on Gaza.

By allowing a political group to effectively censor free speech in Canada we are speeding down a dangerous road to the end of our democratic freedoms.

  • the erosion of free speech in any democratic is the most dangerous loss we can allow. Let them speak whether we agree with them or not.

Zundel: ignore and educate to counter his lies

Keegstra: fire him (he was a teacher) and ignore him.

    Ahenakew: ignore

    etc. etc.

as soon as we allow a judge or government to prosecute for what they consider wrong we open the door for the judge or government to censor us if they don't like what we have to say.

Who should decide what opinions you can speak?

  • As a Jew who believes in freedom of speech and opposes section 13 of the Human Rights Act as well as the Soviet-style system under which the Human Rights Commission currently operates, I don't really know what I should think of you.

While I support your efforts to protect freedom of expression, even for the most unpopular opinions, I am troubled by the rather close relationships you have had with some of your clients, particularly Enrst Zundel. I hope you do not actually share his viewpoint.
