  • I found a stout plasticene shell with little sea shells pushed into it , looks much better ! It took a little while for the rest of the team to accept it , but soon they all had helmets like mine . Some follow trends , others set em !

  • I was in from 1990-93 and can tell you the Kevlar helmet was the most hated thing a soldier had. We would take them off every chance we got. Take 4 pounds and strap it to your head for a min and you will see how much this thing hurt. I still have neck pain 16 years later that I blame on that helmet. It was good to be bullet proof but this should have been the type of suspension system from the go. Soldiers have suffered for years with the old webbing and leather band system.

  • I like how the PASGT isnt Sized to his head. normal Salesman Stuff. I wear a PASGT and when sized to the head and Chin strap Tightened it doesn't move around. Hardly at all. However it is highly Uncomfortable. I am at this very moment however ordering a BLSS Upgrade. Can't wait.

  • Write your congressman and/or Senator and tell him you think so and ask for this item. There are many cheap knock-offs which are inferior in protection and fit but are cheaper.
