REPEAT 2-3 X with little rest. Watch your form. Squeeze for each rep. Use as a warm-up or a finisher to any of my workout clips. You will sweat, breathe hard, and crank up the heat on your internal furnace (your metabolism)...let me know what you think!

  • can i do the pull & press with an exercise ball against a wall? would that engage more legs and core? or would it be too distracting?

  • @ilikealicia it would be okay...but I would skip the fast catch... would just exchange hands at the bottom of the squat...i like the move without the ball because it to me is more cardio... but try both if you can...~ahmad
