Let's Make Chicken Tikka Masala!

My version of this famous Indian curry dish.

You Will Need...
4 chicken breasts, cubed
5 cardamom pods
fresh green chili pepper (optional)
1 cup yoghurt
half cup thin cream (optional)
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium sized diced onions
2 diced tomatoes
the juice of half a lime
salt to taste
1 teaspoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon paprika
half teaspoon cayenne pepper
quarter teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 teaspoons ground garlic
2 teaspoons ground ginger
fresh coriander leaves for garnish

I'll try this. I've never made Tikka Masala, but I made Butter Chicken & naan bread a coupe of weeks ago. This looks really good.

Oh, well the one i used is not flavoured, it's just plain cows milk yoghurt
