"California cannot afford another six years of Boxer's ineffective leadership and bitter partisanship, which have resulted in trillions of dollars in wasteful spending and millions of out-of-work Californians." -- Carly for California Campaign Manager Marty Wilson, on the release of this ad for U.S. Senate candidate Carly Fiorina, in conjunction with the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC)

  • We should have nominated Chuck DeVore.

  • Thank God Carly lost. Dumb lady with big appetite for self ego. She will do anything to make herself powerful but at the expense of her own people.

  • Carly will get jobs....OVERSEAS!

  • Boxer has killed more jobs, pushed business out of California, raised taxes. With California at more than 12.4% unemployment and Los Angeles at 12.1%. Boxer continuesw to be the wrong choice. Calry saved thousands of jobs and turned business around for HP. Had she not done so, far more devestating numbers of jobs lost would have occured.

  • The repub majority leader said from the start that that would NOT support any plan or bill associated with Obama regadless of what it was. That has caused great impact to success of programs. They are traitors and should be dealt with accordingly starting with Bainer.

  • Fiorina, SENDING YOUR JOBS OVERSEAS is that what you want more of?

  • @SirLeonIslas I AGREE.

  • You people who think things are going to get better if the Republicans take control of Congress just aren't paying attention. Everything that is bad now will get much, much worse -- unless of course you actually want a government that answers entirely to giant corporations at the expense of ordinary citizens. If you're going to vote, get educated first -- which does NOT mean watching more Fox News. Read a paper! Thank you.

  • One thing I will say for you, Carly...you have absolutely no shame!

  • Watch out California! BOXER gave you a Black Eye this time. If given another term she will serve you a "Knock Out Punch". What you saw in the last two years you can BET on DOUBLE that damage in the next two years. You may need to consider that.

  • I'be sad for Californians if Barbara Boxer goes back to Washington again. They don't seem to understand the stakes of this election. Another six long years and you won't recognize California. Remember, if California fails, the US fails.

Vote for Carly and spread the word.

  • Hell of a job at HP Carly...

  • why point out what the other person has done wrong and focus on what carly is going to do?

  • Go Carly!

  • yes on prop 19 save california

  • Fiorina has the best ideas for all of California and their best interests at heart, the once great state of California can not afford another 6 year term of Barbara Boxer in office.

  • Oh man, Republican fear mongering at it's best. This has to be one of the most manipulative ad I have seen in a long time (by the way, love the sad music). Just to let the Carly Fiorina campaign know, this ad motivated me to get up off the couch and join the Barbara Boxer campaign. I just can't take this kind of fear mongering and 'blame game' when we all know how we got here (thanks to the Bush administration and Reaganomics!)

  • Having lived in California all my life, I can tell you that the two primary reasons that California is in a deep economic hole are 1) the State Legislature, which spends money like a drunken sailor, with no sense of frugality or fiscal responsibility; and 2) the "public proposition" method of lawmaking, which has resulted in a State Constitution that is a granny's attic of disjointed and conflicting amendments written by moneyed special interests . Washington has little to do with it.

  • to add on to my last comment...is it any wonder why Boxer's pretty much kicking Snarly's ass in the poll? At least her anti Fiorina ads cite sources to back up the claims.

That's because California is in the red so far from crippling regulations and crushing taxes she's imposed >> Someone didn't brush up on CA govt. The Governor and legislature impose taxes on the state, as in your reference to the state of CA being in the red. It's got ZIP to do with regulations, ones ensuring market fairness

  • This is the most mismanaged ad for two reasons:

    1. A shrew who was FORCED OUT of a major corporation ought to be the LAST person to condemn another for causing an exodus of jobs elsewhere, which leads me to...

    2. None of her talking points stem from sources. Snarly feels voters here are dumb enough to believe the current dreadful situation is all solely the result of Boxer and the Democratic agenda while ignoring deregulation, tax cuts for wealthy, etc. from the GOP Congress.

  • get rid of boxer!!

  • I have money! Elect me!

  • @CarolSpeaks, Do you realize that HP became #1 pc maker because of Carly? Some on the board did not agree with the aggressive changes she was making including the Compaq merger, however, I am sure looking back they think she was right and they were wrong.

By the way, Steve Jobs was forced to resign from Apple over ten years ago--only to be rehired again. Please think outside of the BOXer and look at all the facts thoroughly.

    VOTE FOR CARLY!

  • She did wonders for Hewlet Packard. Such as great job that the board forced Fiorina to resign as chairman and chief executive officer of the company. Go Carly! I mean....go!
