It just sucks having no boobs to begin with and what I did have, has gone away. I get scrutinized for my small bust as though it reflects my femininity and womanhood directly? There's too much emphasis on boobs. Society is crazy and with that being said, I'm going crazy with it. I hate my body. I hate my bust.

Omg. I am already skinny and I was never looking to lose the boobs, but I am trying to tone overall, esp. the abs. My trainer told me that it isn't possible to target just the abs. That makes sense, why only tone 1 body part? Your body works all together. But, I am sad to see the boobs shrink. Just noticed it yesterday. I do weight training 3-4 days a week. I have also reduced my fat intake, and the bad carbs intake. Thanks for the vid.
