@Akocani Thank you for the useful advice. Last times I went to the swimming pool I finally realised the imposible! I managed to dive (and I was in a perpendicular position, or almost perpendicular, since the swimming pool is not too deep). Now I can dive and swim underwater, but water still pushes me upwards, so I have to ondulate my body in such a way as to remain there. Anyway, thanks again for the advice! :)

u have to be perpendicular to the surface when u start your descent. first couple of feet are the most difficult but the further down you go the less the water pushes u up and at one point you begin freefalling...gl

Amazing video! I can only admire divers. I don't know how you do it to keep yourselves underwater. I personally can't dive, though I'd love to. I float like a duck and I am able to swim only for a couple of seconds underwater, but with HUGE effort, since the water pushes me to the surface! I wish I knew why... Is it normal?
