My Norwegian is a little rusty, but a rough idea is:
The first bit (in Norwegian) is just saying how it's his first time in Bergen (or at least at that venue), and that he's going elsewhere in the country.
Next bit is just roughly 'He's known for his melancholy songs, though new album king of cards is a bit more optimistic'
Missed the next bit.
Then I got bored... It's just saying similar things to what you know, or he is saying... :)
Love Tom. Love Norway. One day I'll get both :P
