@VirtualBilly Yes, that was RC's character of Colonel Ironhorse. His death was a very big deal to viewers - in part I think cos it brought home the real-life tragedy of a soldier not living to see the peace they fought and died for. Then added to that was Norton's death too. The ep was very shocking and sad to those of us who had never seen fave characters killed off before :(

@nadia4uvak Well, fame isn't everything... He has fans like us who recognise his enormous talent and still appreciate his art to this day, so that's an achievment regardless..

was his character in war of the worlds the one who had to kill himself in order to kill an alien that was like copying him or something? i remember it was such a big deal when one of the main characters died. i was on my way home from a friend's house, and my brother told me about it when i got home. then my friend told me about it at school the next day, but i never got to see it.

@VirtualBilly If you want to see that ep (and others too) "The Second Wave" is up at BigPapiChulo's channel (he's the go-to guy for WotW stuff). Just search 'second wave wotw' and it should show up as the top result. It’s also just been put out on DVD, which is nice.
