@MrTroubles911 Maybe you've heard of a certain country called IRaq? And maybe you've heard about a certain US president who sent more and more troops to war over there?
That's what this whole sketch about: a president who thinks he knows what's best for the IRack (or Iraq) and forces more and more things (troops) and wastes more and more money on it even though the audience complains about it.
It's all one big metaphor about the war in Iraq. A genius one at that =P
