@JorickAussems maybe you mean weight lifting at young age may fuck your life? Doing push ups or crunches is not bad for kids except if they don't know their limitations

lol Jorick Aussems you clearly know the world we live in demands couch potatoes and really unsexy bodies... there is no dought that if you had a body like an athelete at the age of 12 onwards you would enjoy everyday of your life... I'm not saying I have one or that people without sexy bodies are useless or have no place... I'm saying most people wish they had sexy bodies with tight abs regardless the age... and aerobic exercise are good for any age even from 7-10 years old
