This joint warm-up (part2) for your belly-dance workout provides mobilisation and flexibility. It increases production of synovial fluid located between the joints, which reduces friction and enhances your body to move more efficiently.
For the best effects in Training you should do this directly after warm-up (part2).

  • Holla! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend got ripped Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.
