I tightened one of the screws too hard and it broke in half, now half of the screw is inside of the hole and I have the other broken half.
How can I remove it?

Changed it without a problem, thanks!

Ummm, what was wrong with the filter that you took out? It still looked clean enough to me.

Thanks! I just did it myself!

@Hondarepairadvice I have a accord 2007 V6 Hybrid and I can't get that cover opened. I tried pushing back and lifting but to no avail. I think the issue is because there are a few wires attached to the cover which I need to remove first. Do you have an idea as to how I can remove it? Thanks

Use a 8mm socket to loosen the bolts.

This video is a demonstration on how to replace the engjne air filter. When you do it yourself, yes, you should clean out the debris at the bottom.

If it's a 4 cyclinder, yes, it is the same procedure.
