Video of 26 key street organ at Coney Island band organ rally on April 5, 2009

This is a video of a 26 key hand cranked street organ playing the "Beer Barrel Polka" at the Coney Island band organ rally on April 5, 2009. These small hand cranked organs are the smaller siblings to the large 65 key Gebruder Bruder "Elite Orchestra Apollo" organ playing 66 key BAB paper rolls that was used on the B&B Carousell until both the carousel and the organ were sent to Ohio for restoration. Both carousel and organ are expected to be back at Coney Island in 2011. In the meantime, enjoy listening to this little organ.

There is no make on the organ. It is a homebuilt probably copied from an existing pattern.

A very well made and presented example built using my Universal plan pack. But Will; to do this organ full justice you must use the stops, 4 rows or pipes will give a lot of different sounds and make the performance much more interesting, nice to nearly see you both.

This is definitely a john smith universal (excellent design) but I am told that the sound is unique
