Mario Kart Wii Koopa Cape Cheat
This cheat will help for lots of people.
It gets rid of average 1 second each lap so 3 seconds total of your final time.
You don't need a mushroom so you could do it in VS and Wifi.
This is for an extra speed boost.
Cheat:
at the end of the lap,try to do a trick right after the lightning when you're underwater.
