The program follows writer and TV presenter Dawn Porter on a journey to discover what it takes to become a super slim Hollywood size zero. At a curvy UK size 12 Dawn is limited to a mere 500 calories per day in order to get down to her desired size. The story shows her struggle with insomnia, exhaustion and lack of energy due to reduced nutrients in her diet throughout the two months; I am looking forward to seeing her full story. In my opinion the program is a fantastic idea to prove that getting down to a super slim size is not in any way easy or healthy.

  • @Narkoziie sorry replied to the wrong comment xD

  • @AlekNovy skinny doesnt mean healthy love. The people on healthy diets are in fact bigger than victorias secret models because that is what healthy looks like. If you want something unhealthy, look at a magazine, turn on your tv, or go pay lindsey lohan a visit.

  • @SpoonsRLikForks hahaha i know ive seen it like 7 times

  • Size 0 is too thin, IMO.

  • is she counting the sugar for the coffee cause I thought coffee had 0 cals

  • that lady is beautiful. size doesn't determine beauty. thin or thick, being happy and healthy is more important.

  • @RatBoomable I was at my heaviest back when I was with a 100% healthy diet.

Point is, people eating "healthy diets" plateau because they don't count calories. They end up unable to lose further weight, because (as the research shows) they end up just eating more calories over time. So they keep doing more and more food-restrictions trying to break the plateau - when ALL they had to do was freaking count calories. Small caloric deficits can get you skinny & healthy.

  • @AlekNovy I think you will find most people plateau on healthy diets and maintain a size not much more, but still more then the sizes these people want to achieve. Being skinny is not unhealthy, brutalizing your body into being too thin for what it should be is.
