Thanks for this great story of a community win against a big commercial development. It brings back memories of some of the most enjoyable experiences during my 2007 visit to Hanoi - getting up every morning at 5am and walking around the Lenin park (that's what most local people called it despite its official name) for exercise. It was wonderful seeing so many people out there using the park.
