how do you get your ion cannon frigates to avoid crashing into the needle mothership?

@seskwuhpuhdaylian I never did figure out how to make ships avoid being crashed into. I just used luck man.

I lost alot one the level before that and i only have 2 assault frigates, 2 ion frigates, and 2 destroyers waht shood i do!!!!

Multi Bean Frigates I found very useful, very powerful. In the FX mod (adds non playable civilizataions to death match mode) for Homeworld 2 I like to the Kadeshi more than anyone else.

@Mithrondly: I thought Taiden's mission objectives are the same with Kushan's. Is Taiden force a lot weaker than Kushan's?

@seskwuhpuhdaylian just move all the big ships away from the needle ship and hope non will be destroyed by its ion beam.
