nice sweeper setup on the front. we had a similar fire in our wheat field, and i was really impressed with how quickly it put out the fire.

It is called a Patrol. Created by the Kern County Fire Department (California) in the 40's.

Hope those tires have a higher melting point than your average set ... otherwise .. those flames will get a lot closer than he likes ..

NFPA and many local SOP's state that on all brush / Wildland fires, attack should be made from the burned side. Why risk your apparatus and firefighters. Risk little to save little. Always fight from the burned side...
