You claim that the Magna Carta cannot be repealed, but this simply is not true. It was, in fact replaced by the Magna Carta of 1297, passed by Edward I in return for new taxes. It is this 1297 version (without any clause 61 or anything resembling it) which is now "in force", although by 1969, all but sections 1 (freedom of the church), 9 (freedom of the city of London) and 29 (right to due process) had been repealed or superseded.

@lamec92 I do not need to claim, it is written for us, what you say is accurate in regards to what HAS happened though that doesn't make it lawful,Magna Carta was made by all the estates of England, the king, the Barons and thousands of freemen of England, the ancient laws and customs cannot be undone without the same meeting again, it was for all time. many have committed Treason since, thats the point.

@Antithropocentric I believe you're right to a certain extent, that governments in general are inevitable and necessary, but when they are ran as corporations for the profit and enrichment of the very few by trickery and brute force, claiming our right and dissociating lawfully and peaceably is more of an open self preservation then veiled selfishness. Governments only manage what WE create. Civilized society is the sum of us all, and not the benefit they allow us!
