Extra Mile Run: 100 Miles. 24 Hours. Health Care For Kids.

The Extra Mile Run is a focused goal to provide health care for every child at Oak Ridge Elementary School in one of Sacramento's roughest neighborhoods. With poverty overwhelming most families, many children do not have access to the most basic health coverage.

On May 15/16, Jason Harper will run 100 miles around Sacramento, ending on the campus of Oak Ridge. With the students and the finish line, he will have secured enough funding and raised awareness to meet every child's need.
