MW3: Should I Prestige? (Modern Warfare 3)

In this video I ask whether I should continue on prestiging in MW3. Is it worth it? Why do YOU do it, if you do it at all? I am leaning towards not doing so, as I just want to unlock the custom classes....

Stay where you are and kick ass! No need to Prestige beyond 4 in MW3. I'm only going to go to prestige 3 and stop. I wanted one extra slot for custom weapons and now all I want is the class that you can keep and carry with you IF you do decide to prestige in the future,

I've taken many a bullet on purpose to protect the flag carrier or base runnner.

Also, people need to start using bouncing Betties (awesome strategic weapon) and clays more. One thing I do not like about MW3 is the Blast shield Pro is much worse than in BO and the Shield is way too over powered and protective. There also seems to be a lot of Lag!! I have 20Mb download fiber optics and I'm getting pwned by players with only 1 bar barely showing on their connection speed.

Do it once but no more. I also went to lvl 8 in BO and will start playing it again soon as I am already becoming bored with MW3. Don't get me wrong, MW3 is a fun game. But there is no teamwork AT ALL. No one covers the person capturing a zone in Domination... they ALL want to get the credit and allow a triple kill rather than cover the baserunner (person closest to the zone to capture). I don't give a rats ass about my K/D ratio as long as I help the team win.

Anyway, if you're a team player and know how to work as a team and understand why teamwork is needed and required add me to your friends list. I go by the name KA3AK (the 3 is Cyrillic Russian letter for Z... so KA3AK would translate to KAZAK.) I like Domination and Team Defender the best... but will play most any game with objectives.

IMHO, Blacks Ops required more skills and the maps were laid out better and are larger. In MW3 all one needs is Akimbo (which was made to work much easier in MW3 than BO (I guess the kids needed something to use against skilled riflemen), Nades (tossed or launched) and rocket launcher / RPG. MW3 has become noob tube city. The maps are too tight and cluttered for skilled combat and too small to effectively take out choppers and drones.

I prestiged once for a extra custom class and will do it a second time for the RTC but will wait a while and enjoy the benefits of lvl 80 and all my gold guns and perks. In MW3 there really isn't a need to prestige more than once or twice max. Also, if you're gonna prestige, use the Specialist Class to start so you will Perk faster.

The thought of prestiging has been on my mind for weeks, I'm lvl 80 and have 3 gold guns already, almost every pro-perk and 6 classes. I don't play that much and honestly I'm kinda crappy. On Black Ops I'm 8th prestige right now and I'm still playing it, but I dont know if I wanna prestige in MW3, plz some advice :/

I was 10th prestige and my bro reset my stats while I was at school I am now 3rd level 44 can someone give me advice if I should stay or keep going?
