You will need install FIGlet is a program for making large letters out of ordinary text and edit the file .bashrc

Hola @holamijos los efectos son proporcionados por Compiz, el tema e iconos son de Elegant Gnome, la información del sistema es proporcionada por atraves de un script por Conky para más información visita el enlace que se encuentra en la descripción del vídeo. Saludos.
