ways to build up to a dragon flag I found useful the dragon flag can easily be the toughest exercise ever for the abs bruce lee invented it...so what do u think... it can work ur forearms chest back upper abs and triceips the slower u do it the more benificial it can be the straighter ur legs the more it hurts big time unlike the standing ab wheel it can actually offer more ways..
