Why didn't anybody tell me that making homemade sushi was so freakin easy!?! I'm late jumping on this whole sushi bandwagon but I'm so glad I decided to hitch a ride.
Now that I've tried sushi I just can't get enough of it! I'm still a rookie and prefer "simple" sushi (for now anyway) The philadelphia roll never lets me down!!!
After trying many philly rolls in sushi joints I still prefer my homemade version!
This video will show you how to make some bangin' philly sushi rolls! The rice is perfectly seasonsed with rice vinegar, sugar and salt ( I prefer my rice a lil tangy). Smoke salmon flavored cream cheese taste so good paired with the thin strips of cool cucumber.
This philly sushi roll recipe is great for sushi making beginners and rookie sushi eaters.

I would of never thought to use salmon flavored cream cheese. I always looked at it at the grocery store and thought "Ew. Gross! Who eats this?!", even though I love salmon. Ha ha! But it makes perfect sense to use it on sushi. Thanks for the idea!
