@Diamondzr4evr17 Howard [along with Marina and Pearl] didn't make their TV debut until Season 8's Catching Diby's Donkey.

I love this show. It was on PBS a few years ago, but no longer. Wish I could find it again in the US.

@BBrooksMr: no, he's saying "what about this MUCKY plate". Mucky means 'dirty"; he's complaining that she's behind on the dish washing.
