Part 2 of 3. The BBC1 Inside Out Series explores The Alexander Film Archive, first discovered in 1997 by Cultural Media Producer Stef Bate.

The rare collection of 16mm cinefilms (13,000 ft) was restored/researched by stef and his team at North Wales cultural production studios ValleyStream Media over several years. The collection is now acknowledged by historians and film institutes as an important national film treasure.

Stef worked with BBC producer Peter Trollope towards the first broadcast on UK National TV in 2002/3. The Landmark Documentary was nominated for a Royal TV Society Award.
