Natto (納豆) is a traditional Japanese food made from soybeans fermented with Bacillus subtilis. It is popular especially as a breakfast food. As a rich source of protein and good bacteria, nattō and the soybean paste miso formed a vital source of nutrition in feudal Japan. pasta 200g
nori(seaweed)
nagasawake sause or 醤油
mustard or horseradish
green onion

@Tankas2008 I don't really agree. Apart from the spaghetti there is nothing italian about this recipe. And spaghetti tastes really neutral. I see it more as just a different choice of noodle. So it should be fairly easy to not expect an italian taste when eating this. Ofcourse if you do, you might not be happy about it indeed.

AAAH~ I just made this xD! It's so creamy and good~ The natto flavor isn't too strong when you mix it with everything :3 I added quite a lot of soyasauce though :3. Thanks for the recipe~
