Sc2 How To: 14 Gas 14 Pool (ZvT)

A Zerg build i like to use, its pretty agreesive but for a macro player like me i dont full use of that. Am still working with the mid game units and how i transition but the opening is solid and am sure you will like using it.

Build Order:
14 gas(put 3 drones on it once completed and take them off once you have 100 gas)
14 pool
(make drones up until you have 16 population)
16 overlord
16 queen
16 metabolic boost(ling speed upgrade)
20 Hatch
20 (put 3 drones back on gas)
(get lair @100 gas)
(make a few zerglings 4-6)
30 2nd gas
(get 1 sunken @ natural for protection)

And that is the opener... From here you can branch out and play however you can. Against terran fast mutas are great but hydra roaches is also a good combo, which ever once you go for be sure to try to get your 3rd around 50-60 pop and tech to ultras.

The mistake i made this game was.

#1 i went mutas, minerals always build up when you go mutas, you can counter this by expanding. Most people double expand

#2 bad spawn larva control. If you slip on your spawning larva some players make a 3rd hatch in main.

#3 like gaf said, roaches are a good mineral dump without being gas heavy.

What I learned with Zerg if you get too many minerals all you do is expand more :).

try using roaches man there very good, and if u need to get rid of money thats how imo 75 mins 25 gas
