@edenmaze The playing is great. However, there is certainly plenty of "color" to his sound. He's employing a less-than-subtle tremolo effect, for one.

Some guitarists have talent and feeling but can get sloppy sometimes like Jimmy Page, some have amazing skills and technic but lack emotion like John Petrucci or Joe Satriani....and then there are a few who have everything....like Tuck

Looks like the same guitar he used on the other video on Youtube of him playing this song posted by glepha. In my opinion, while this version is good, it's a little sloppier than that one.

Just one of the REALLY cool things about this, is how his guitar is just simply plugged "straight in" to his amp. No effects.
It's "dry as a bone" yet it carries the weight of the 7 seas..........
