Yes this is nice, its in my opinion an excellent and necessary addition to a regular "dry" form drill. I think it will create a more free flow and "feeling", than the fixed forms do.

That's a great idea! How come no one has thought of striking runs of forms before?

@GOE7Song Most traditional arts rarely think outside of the box that is they are resistive to evolving/adapting. As well some forget what the form is actually meant for and just focus on the movements as an art. Though there is nothing wrong with a beautifully mastered choreograph of flow it is equally important to work the martial aspect as well. In essence we need Yin Yang...that is balance.
