@Darkstar722 In order to protect people you dont attack the people who arent posing a threat.That causes people who werent a threat to become a threat which accomplishes nothing.It amazes me how people have turned it from the problem is the problem to the person who has a problem with the problem is the problem and then wonder why theres always a problem.Does anybody have any common sense anymore?

@Darkstar722 True but the constitution is supposed to protect the rights of individuals esp against laws that are supposed to be void when they contradict the constitution.It is your right as a human being to do what you please with your body.You take a non violent person and put them in a violent surrounding there going to become violent.Like Ron Paul says when the morality of people change laws follow.But they dont do anything to help fix the original problem the morality of the people.

@midwestgoon309 I understand your point but if you know it is illegal and you will go to jail. Why would you do that in the first place? Why take that chance of losing everything? I don't drink or do any of that, but my dad and mom told me that when it comes to things like drinking I've lived my whole life to that point without it and it's not going to keep me alive so why do I need it now so I can be cool and have friends it's cool when you don't lose everything and a friend helps you not fail

i think it needs to be pointed out that this man is a working man not a criminal I cant understand why we decide to fill our jails with these type of people instead of those who are actually harming other americans and there rights this man was in no way a threat to anybody once more proves that the biggest problem in america as far as drugs go is the fact that there illegal i dont do drugs but i have and ive never wanted to commit a felony while under the influence

@Asstasticplastic2 i agree marijuana isnt a bad thing. it just has to be used responsibly, just like booze.p.s. i smoke every day in my car. but i am not saying its responsible.

marijuana is illegal, it doesn't matter if you agree or disagree. as long as it is illegal, it will be enforced. so if you are upset, work on making it legal, not hating the enforcer. i know there are dirty cops, there are bad people in every job, everywhere. and when publicly exposed, they are fired. just my two cents.
