Contact us once you have an 'offer in principle' for a remortgage on a new mortgage deal.
Provide us with your existing mortgage or loan account details. We will then ask your lender for the title deeds to your property and a redemption statement for your existing mortgage.
Your new lender will carry out a valuation on your home and make a formal remortgage or loan offer. When we get this, we'll go through the lender's requirements and advise you of any special conditions you should be aware of.
If necessary, we'll submit searches on your behalf, although this is usually covered by search indemnity insurance, saving time and money.
Once you are satisfied with the details and we have satisfied the lender's requirements, we'll ask you to sign the new mortgage documents.
A remortgage completion date will be agreed and your old mortgage or loan is paid off with the advance from the new lender.
We will then register your remortgage with the Land Registry, and send you copies of the mortgage documentation.
Ring NOW on 0800 533 5112 for your Fixed Price quote.
