  • Wrf is he doing he could probably trade that for a fleet of cars a home and a boat in Russia .

  • @cptmorgan92 It's not so much about it airborne time though, it's more about the initial actions. The APS in my old T43p is very sensitive to knocks and tilts, so the HDD is stopped long before it's freefalling towards the ground. (for example, being knocked off or pulled off a table.)

  • The APS has a reaction time of 500ms. Now use this formula :s=0,5*a*t^2 and you will see that the thinkpad has to fall about 1,25 m until the APS can stop the hard drive.

So it is often times useless and the hard-drive can´t be rescued from head-crash.

But I like Thinkpads too :)

    I had an E390, T500 & now T42&T420 :D

  • Try to do that with a MacBookAir =)

  • Throw a PS3 remote at it like I did :)

  • видел как в реальной жизни падал на кафель с большей высоты

  • в рефльной жизни не один далбаеб бы не стал ронять комп!

  • В реальной жизни таких падений не бывает.
