@DizNBoiAz If this is a XenonSupply HID kit then likely the blue wire is the positive wire and the black wire is the ground wire. Is this for the Honda Civic? Id forward your vehicle specific questions to Help(at)XenonSupply(dot)com for better support.

instead of a black and red wire i have a black and BLUE wire...does that mean the blue is positive and black is negative?

@UKRAINERULES253 Theres plenty of space to work on the bulb without taking out the headlight. removing the headlight normally requires you to remove the bumper.
