"Real Steel" Movie Review

My review of the 2011 sci-fi action/drama "Real Steel", starring Hugh Jackman and directed by Shawn Levy. Does this blend of "Rocky" by way of Rock 'Em Sock 'Em robots land a KO? Or does "Real Steel" have a few glitches in its framework? Watch my review and find out!

great review, as usual, but just one thing:

What you call a 'plot device' that "still works", for me is consistency that works of course!

Hell, i HATED it when Spock or Data got off their logic and showed this 'human' stuff. That's just BETRAYAL of their character and of their supposed logic or nature. It shows a lack of respect for audience and integrity of the (possible) characters. Cars are cars, robots are robots, and a non-human character should be allowed to STAY nonhuman. THAT works.

I really enjoyed the movie. It's great to have some upbeat wherein all the somber stuff around us.
