Thank you thank you thank you. I've been wanting to know why sometimes I have nightmares, and when I woke up it was a negative emotions. But lately I've been having dreams where I could fly or defy gravity and leaps over people, it's a positive emotion.

for DREAMINGINNOOTHER: no, waking life isnt bad at all. Its what you are focusing on, you CHOOSE to focus on the negative things in life, and do not spend a single minute appreciating the good things. If you spent EQUAL time, or even 10% on the good things, you will start heading in the direction you want to. You CAN do it. We all get down sometimes, its what you do with what happens that counts.
