Most parents dream of giving their child a head start by ensuring they get quality education. While the Kenya government has moved to ensure this happens through the free primary education program, one would not expect that in Nairobi there are children who are missing out on this opportunity. Well that is what is happening in Sinai slums situated in Lungalunga Nairobi.
I'm with you Sheekow - but do you expect our leaders to care? They steal millions & Millions for free education for children of this Nation when Raila talks a bout it they shout him down. Why should our leaders steal from this Nation & yet they dont want to pay tax, they earn too well. It's a pity to see kids in this condition & I wonder what this selfishness is all a bout all they care a bout is who will be President 2012. Lucy Kibaki and Mrs.Kilonzo earning for doing nothing&yet kids suffer

sasa hawa leaders wetu wadosi do they ever see this kind of reports and put their own families in their shoes? these children who are not able to attend the so called free schools dont even have the uniform, stationery even a packed lunch to give them just enough nutrituion to see the whole school day. i just wish these leaders would atleast sacrifice their allowances if not their basic salaries and the funds collected channeled to helping these poor families..mercy me...
