wow i really love the way u deal with gaining weight, u seem calm about it and u didn't lose hope. wish i can be like that, i always go crazy when i gain weight, i always cry my eyes out and lose hope.u actually inspired me to never give up.and about ur arms, i actually have the same problem. on wii fit plus there r exercises that target the arms and the shoulders.. i've been doing those for a while and believe me it worked like magic .. u should give it a try ^_^
