If this Resolution is adopted on February 24, 2010, this would be a 42-days condemnation. Honolulu City Council Resolution 10-003 to condemn two commercial lots for Hauula Fire Station Relocation is brought about by one unelected city employee. His process is based on defective Environment Assessment and manipulation and fabrication of facts.

Should one unelected city employee be so powerful in the abrogation of private property rights?

The most serious malfeasance is the denial of public disclosure and due process to the affected community of Hauula, Oahu, Hawaii.

Hauula community is asking for a PUBLIC HEARING before the City Council takes an action on this Resolution.

  • @Boost717 Congratulations on your big big accomplishment!

  • Already got a GED ahaha. Your a donkey

  • @Boost717 Thank God I'm not related to morons like you.

Go back and finish your high school diploma.

  • @AuntieLehua

Sorry for being too realistic about the situation?...you can now go back to lalaland where everything works out perfectly. Yeah, i'm happy we're not related i would've put you in your place a long long time ago.

  • @Boost717 You are rude. We don't need advice from people like you. You give up hope before you even try. You lucky I'm not your auntie. I would ask you to keep quiet long time ago.

  • Aunty 'lehua' you need to come back to reality, the arguements you and the kapunas are weak and dont stand a chance. Eventually falling on deaf ears, maybe you should go back and take some 'common sence 101' the c&c will take what land they want and wont bat an eyelash.

    Wake up!

  • @Boost717 I'm not confused. You don't own the properties. Don't be jealous. So what if they own other properties? Bother you? Don't act like a'ama crabs in a basket. Go study your high school history. Hawaiians have long history of lands stolen. Condemnation is a dirty word. They can take the money and invest some other place. They are smart people. But they support the Kupunas who don't want the station so close to them.

  • @AuntieLehua

They own that same property i was talking about. Uhm but yeah your confusing yourself so i'll just stop already.

  • @Boost717 Why are you talking about properties other people own? You are not jealous? They are nice to spend their money to fight this. Kupunas don't want the fire station so close to them. Miyata surprised them. Property rights is part of our culture. The city must work with the people.

  • Im no where near jealous about the property owners...good for them we all know the type of people they are. They should condem thier Marconi Rd land too for some meaningless reason i really wouldnt mind hah.

All im saying is this is just a meaningless argument that in the end.....everyone trying to fight this is going to look stupid.....for what? U tell me.
