@BossLady4442 No, do not use faucet water in your body. No, do not use commercial store bought sugar water (syrup) that you pour over your pancakes. Maple syrup is sap from a Maple tree. Ok I found herbal tea but not laxtative herbal tea, is there a difference.

@MsOfficialAsia Good question. Herbal tea is not Laxative tea and you need tea that has the herb, Senna, in it. Do not use herbal tea, it is useless in the cleanse. You must use Laxative tea, or you are not doing the Master Cleanse correctly.

Would it be ok if I do the tea at night only?

@MsOfficialAsia No, it is not ok. If you are going to do the cleanse you need to follow the directions to the letter. You are to take the Laxative Herb Tea at night and the Sea Salt water flush in the morning. If you can not do the sea salt water flush, then you take the tea first thing in the morning and at night, before bedtime. I strongly suggest you get the booklet, The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs. It only costs about $7.

@MsOfficialAsia I don't like the laxative herb tea either, but for the cleanse I drink it. Omitting the tea is to not do the cleanse correctly. Grade A maple syrup is ok, if that is all you have available to you. Grade B has more nutrients, however Grade A can be used.

@mizzglossyification I am not familiar with golden syrup. You want to use 100% Grade B organic Maple syrup. I know Maple syrup comes in different hues, but the darker the hue the more nutritious for you. Your body will be living off of the Maple syrup for the next 10 days while it diverts from digestion to detoxing. Therefore put as high a level of fuel as you can find! The best choice would be 100% pure cane juice. If not the 2nd best is Pure Grade B Maple syrup.
