I just love Herbie. Disney's version of Initial D.

My favorite Herbie Movies by far were Herbie Goes Bananas and Herbie Goes To Monte Carlo, but I also love the Love Bug and Herbie Rides Again.
The 1997 Love Bug was good, but not great, and Herbie Fully Loaded was cool at first but not the type of Herbie movie to watch over and over again like the originals. It just couldn't reach the stature of the Superior 4 original Herbie movies. I sure hope the next one is more original in the next 10-20 years.

When I was a little girl, I loved Herbie! I bought practically all of the series of Herbie, and I would watch them over and over again until my eyes gave out. I understand Herbie comes from another generation long ago, but it just goes to show you that there are still sparks in this world that light the love and excitement of Herbie. I miss watching Herbie. I think I'm going to go look for the tapes now! Thanks Love Bug! <3
