  • Matthew reilly writes fiction books......fiction = unreal

books= escape mechanism.....i think hes doin pretty well. and boys lets be serious if u dont like his books dont read them and definitely dont force ur opinions on others

  • unrealistic = is why its fuckin called fiction, the world is boring, who the fuck wants to read about things you see everyday.

And the 'immature pricks' are kids, most of which if you look through the comments only read his books, so you are. Just fuck off mate, you'll do us all a favour. Not to mention the little dignity you must have left

  • his books are action based and I can see he's trying to be like his hero Tom Clancy but you'll never find clancy regularly use the term "awsome" to describe anything in his novels. Mattew take note please.

  • @SpiketheHedgehog0 Well i would say Scarecrow, but huntsman was a much better character and i infinitely prefer him.

  • The battle on the great pyramid in 7AW was a bit stupid but i love his books and am looking forward to scarecrow and the army of thieves (Y)

  • Matthew Reilly is a fantastic author, his narratives engrose the reader, along with Andy McNab, they are my favourite writers

  • Seriously guys I think Matthew Reilly is a wonderful author who creates captive stories and intense action even if it is a bit far fetched doesn't mean its bad use a bit of Imagination and stop trying to apply Matthew Reillys books to the 'real world'

  • @SpiketheHedgehog0 it would depend on is scarecrow was threatening huntsman orr something he loves because he is very protective and dangerous. so i think it would be huntsman =)

  • @rh384 this may of been a looong time ago but don't you think that the readers of this comment might get offended? i mean i like mathew's books, and i read alot..... also most people don't like LOWEST COMON DENOMINATOER OF READERS....so just keep in mind to think about what you write.

  • @rh384 I will agree that Matthew Rillys writings not the best, and that his situations are incredibly unrealistic, and he 'dues ex machinas' like 20 times in the story, but the basic point is that its Fun. To. Read.

    And thats why it sells!

Who gives a shit if its completely unrealistic, he's selling a fiction novel, not a historical combat guide.

  • Who would win in a fight? The Scarecrow or The Huntsman?
