Aeris Death Final Fantasy VII 7 (Aerith's theme Distant Worlds)

I decided to make a video dedicated to the most shocking moment ever in a video game... At least for me. This is so dramatic, it's hard to not get touched here. After heard the "Aerith's theme" song from the Distant World's album, I felt I just had to make this. That version of Aerith's theme must be the most wonderful I have ever heard. you know what sucks is that the first time I played it, I died against Jenova TWICE, so I had to watch the scene 3 times!

whoa... that must have sucked xD I was lucky and cleared it on my first try despite being underleveled. But it was just Barret who alive at the end of the battle, the other two were knocked out (the others being Cloud and Tifa).

Most emotional moment in a video game ever, I remember getting sad at this scene. It really made you want to kill Sephiroth.

@shadow1111111 I'm actually playing the game right now (for the first time) and I had the exact same thing happen to me...it was terrible. Then I equipped the water ring and it was game over for Jenova

I played the game from the beginning and I didn't find it sad, the only thing I found sad about it was that she was my healer so I now had to go along and make someone else my healer.

I found Anna's death in FFIV sadder then this, not so much that I cried of course but still I found it sadder then this.

I hated these type of RPG's. I hated the random battles, I loved to be in control. That was until I played Final Fantasy 7, and this scene was the icing on the cake. Now it is my favorite game of all time, and nothing will ever replace it.
