I remember all my friends saying, "Jasmine Guy sounds just like Whitley (her character on "A Different World") as if that was a bad thing. So many people, (especially young people in the U.S.) have no idea how to sing or understand good voice since they keep killing music education in public schools. This Full Force prduction should have been a massive hit because JG she sounds great. She was singing nasally before everybody, and now everyone sings that way so they can hit all the high notes
