Due to adverse weather throuhgout the spring in the midwest, soybean planting has been delayed, even on Monty's Research Farm in central Kentucky. In a year like this, getting the soybeans to emerge quickly is imperative to salvaging a respectable harvest. CCA Joe Dedman and Research Agronomist Gary Coughlin discuss the importance of a quality seed starter as part of your overall crop management goals as they prepare to plant this years bean crop.
