Indicated that his administration considered planting troublemakers in the crowd of protesters, and ruled it out not because it was wrong, but for political reasons; 2. Outlined a plan to draw democratic senators back to the capitol on false pretenses He won by a narrow margin and he lacks any type of mandate, yet he insists he is serving the will of the people, when it is obvious that he is serving his corporate masters.
